The mind, body connection has been well established in all fields of medicine and healthcare but is there more that you could be doing to deal with ill health, dis-ease or long term conditions.
While we may not be able to influence recovery in every case, there is evidence that how we think and how we perceive the world around us can alter the way we experience it and this includes our health and well being.
Metaphysics looks at the emotions that can be at the root of our stress, ill health, tiredness and even some diagnosed conditions. It also shows us that where these emotions are present we may be able to do work on dealing with, acknowledging, accepting and releasing them. In doing so we can change the way we deal with other aspects of our life. Understanding the emotions behind our physical health can give us a very clear road map to our own best outcomes.
This 4 week course will run online via zoom and will cover the following topics:-
Week 1 – What is the body telling us?
Week 2 – How emotions might be affecting our experiences
Week 3 – Vibrations and how they influence our lives
Week 4 – How to make sense of our emotions
